I’m Hallie — a calm, capable Virtual Assistant with a background in executive support, customer experience, and operations management. I’ve led teams, handled high-stakes escalations, supported executives, and brought structure to fast-growing businesses.

I began my career in BPO, where I rose through the ranks as an Online Supervisor, Team Supervisor, and Assistant Manager. I led high-performing support teams, managed internal projects, handled client escalations, and mentored agents and new leaders — all while driving quality and performance in a fast-paced environment.

In the luxury travel space, I served as Executive Assistant to the Vice President of a corporate and leisure travel company. I supported top travel advisors in coordinating five-star global experiences, created booking forms to streamline internal operations, and produced financial reports that helped inform leadership decisions.

I also worked with a Luxury Travel Company as an Online Concierge, curating highly personalized, high-touch experiences for elite clientele across the world — strengthening my ability to anticipate needs, handle last-minute changes, and deliver with polish.

Most recently, I supported the founder of a startup cleaning business as an Executive Assistant, overseeing operations across nine Michigan counties — including booking, scheduling, proposal writing, hiring support, and client communication.
